VPN CONNECTION DATA

• Server you connected(e.g., United States 5253196239 ; this information is automatically collected during VPN connection.) and stored in VPN Gate Server Error report (e.g Error User does not allow configuration; this information is automatically collected when VPN connection failed due to error.)  We use Open Source Service VPN GATE and Open VPN and all the data is collected by it also. So kindly understand that.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Analytics data (e.g. App crash report, in-app page engagement; this information is collected when using the HideMyX VPN.)

This information helps us to track the performance of the app and certain features and to provide necessary support to sustain our free VPN service, please note that we do not share the information that you provide to HideMyX VPN with the third party advertisers. However, advertisers may be able to collect certain information independently. You may find more information about the advertisers and analytic service provider.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

• We only share your information what we have in response to law enforcement requests when the Service is being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws
• Please keep in mind that we do not keep logs of your original IP address or your personal online activities. And we can not share it to anyone in any situations but as the servers are  open source you have to keep that in mind.
• HideMyX-VPN uses Open source servers so data can be stored in the servers and we are not responsible for and thing.If you are paid user than also servers are Open source so you Agree T&C before using it. 

4. GDPR COMPLIANCE

• In compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), all users subject to the GDPR have rights in relation to the personal data:
• You have the right to be informed regarding what data does HideMyX-VPN collect, as you are reading this Policy.
• You have the right to request us to delete the information that we have about you. Do keep in mind that this may not apply to some payment information as per tax law we are required to retain certain information.
• You have the right to request us to suspend processing your personal data.
• As Server are open source so you have right to use the server as you can.
